Why This Project Exists

Electricity bills in Pakistan are difficult to estimate from a single unit rate, while solar quotations can involve large financial decisions. Bijli Hisab turns common inputs—bill amount, monthly units, appliance usage, and daytime consumption—into transparent planning estimates.

What Bijli Hisab Does

Estimates electricity usage and bill impact.
Estimates solar size, savings, and payback ranges.
Explains assumptions and links to source references.
Provides Pakistan-specific guides and calculators.

Editorial Independence

Bijli Hisab is not NEPRA, a distribution company, K-Electric, or a solar installer. It does not issue official bills or binding quotations. Official notifications, your electricity bill, and a qualified site survey remain the final sources for financial decisions.

How Corrections Are Handled

Figures are labelled as official references, external datasets, or market estimates. Review dates are shown where time-sensitive assumptions are used. When a source or calculation changes, the relevant guide and methodology should be updated together.
